What do we do?


The distribution of work in the performance of duties of our Department is regulated as follows:
  • Conduct procedures on the assignment approvals of the personnel who will handle work in case of the departure of workshops directors from work due to a report or permission,
  • Conduct procedures on the assignment approvals of the tenured staff from general budget in workshop,
  • Follow up incoming-outgoing document works and document register and follow up procedures,
  • Make correspondences on requests for grant and assistance made to workshops,
  • Write letters submitted to the High Board on the activity area of the bureau and write letters of notification to their locations,
  • Conduct archive procedures and correspondences,
  • Meet the current needs of the bureaus within our Department and conduct correspondences with regard to this issue.
